At Alenté Spa/Salon, we value your time and want to ensure you that our skilled and professional team is dedicated to providing you the best possible experience. Before your appointment, make sure to read over our spa and salon policies below.

Policies

Cancellation

Because our staff gets paid by commission, late cancellations and no-shows result in financial hardship. We require 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel an appointment. For spa parties and couple services, we require 48 hours’ notice. For bridal packages containing three services or more, we require two weeks’ notice. Failure to give proper notice for your canceled appointments will result in service fees. Less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of service. No shows will be charged 100% of the service price.

Booking

We require a credit card to be held on file for all services.

Child Policy

For each guest’s safety and comfort, we ask that if your child is not receiving a service, they do not accompany you. Children 10 and under must have a parent on-premise during a service.

Cell Phones

To maintain a relaxing and peaceful environment, please silence cellular devices when you visit.

Adjustments

If you are unhappy with your service, we may give an adjustment at the discretion of management. You must schedule corrections within ONE WEEK of the original appointment.

Privacy Policy

No photos or videos are permitted during spa services.

Policy FAQ

What is your cancellation policy?

Providing outstanding service is the core of our business. Because salon and spa services are reserved especially for you, we ask that you notify us 24 hours in advance to change or cancel appointments without penalty. Without 24 hour notice, we will charge a fee of 50% of the canceled service price and 100% of the service in the event of a “no-show.” We thank you in advance for your cooperation and understanding. Spa packages and groups must give a minimum 48-hour cancellation notice.

Will I still be charged if I cancel due to illness?

Cancellations due to illness or if COVID related, will not be charged.

What methods of payment do you accept?

Cash, Local Checks, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and Alenté Spa/Salon Gift Cards.

What is your return policy?

All prices are subject to change. Product refunds may only be given to the original purchaser and only for Aveda products. We do not accept returns on makeup.

Do you accommodate late arrivals?

We pride ourselves on providing service to all of our clients in a timely and professional manner. Your promptness is much appreciated and required to serve you properly. Please call us at 509-925-2500 to give us notice that you are running late for your appointment. If you arrive late, you will be billed for the entire session. However, as a courtesy to other clients, we can only conduct your session within your scheduled appointment time.

Do you allow children in the Spa?

Children are welcome as long as they are scheduled for services. If not, we ask that you respect the other guests’ peace by leaving your children at home. This also allows you time for yourself to enjoy your services.

What if I have lost my gift certificate?

Your certificate is considered the same as cash. It is necessary to keep track of this valuable property.
