We take returns on AVEDA products only*, that were purchased from our location, within 90 days.

We pride ourselves on providing service to all of our clients in a timely and professional manner. Your promptness is much appreciated and required to serve you properly. Please call us at 509-925-2500 to give us notice that you are running late for your appointment. If you arrive late, you will be billed for the entire session. However, as a courtesy to other clients, we can only conduct your session within your scheduled appointment time.
