Gift Cards
Gift cards are considered the same as cash, and it is not the responsibility of Alente if it is lost. You must present the gift card at the time of your appointment. If your gift card is hand written or a paper gift card, it is deemed expired. No exceptions and non transferrable.

We take returns on AVEDA products only*, that were purchased from our location, within 90 days.

We pride ourselves on providing service to all of our clients in a timely and professional manner. Your promptness is much appreciated and required to serve you properly. Please call us at 509-925-2500 to give us notice that you are running late for your appointment. If you arrive late, you will be billed for the entire session. However, as a courtesy to other clients, we can only conduct your session within your scheduled appointment time.
