Meet Our Team
Darcie Whitfield
Darcie pursued a career in massage therapy after recovering from a sports injury. She has since made it her lifelong goal to help others manage their chronic pain. Adding skincare to her list of skills seemed like a natural progression to help her clients achieve optimum health and wellbeing in an otherwise stressful world. When she isn’t at work, you will find Darcie and her dog Bear outside hiking and camping with their family.

Holly Sotelo
Level 4 Stylist, Salon Lead
Holly Godden has been a licensed cosmetologist since 2007 and established roots at Alenté in 2010. She is very engaged in her career and is continuously striving for growth in her craft. One of her most favorite things about her job is her relationships with her guests over the years. When she’s not working behind the chair or the scenes at Alenté, she stays busy with her two children. She enjoys cooking and baking and is passionate about health and fitness. #HollyAtAlenté
Laura Stephenson
Licensed Esthetician, Manicurist, Spa Lead
Laura Stephenson is Alenté’s spa leader and has been a Licensed Manicurist and Esthetician since 2003. She has a profound love for Aveda and enjoys continuing her education in her work and sharing her knowledge with her peers and guests. Her passion is to nurture and pamper every guest that she sees, and her guests can feel that she pours attention to detail and care in every service she provides. When not working, Laura loves spending time with her family, baking, and reading.
Nadia Self
Level 3 Stylist
Nadia has been a licensed cosmetologist for eight years. She has extensive training in management, makeup, and color. In 2020 Nadia was awarded Best Hair Stylist in Kittitas County and specializes in colors, cuts, skin care, makeup, and weddings. As a previous barista, Nadia knows how to fuel herself with a strong cup of coffee! When she isn’t taking care of her clients, she enjoys being a mom to three beautiful kids, and loves spending time as a family.
Madeleine Lenz
Level 3 Stylist
Born and raised in Ellensburg, Madeleine appreciates the strong sense of support and kindness this community offers. Madeleine enjoys encouraging clients to feel their best on the inside and out. Chaliea Mullee
Level 2 Stylist
Chaliea is an enthusiastic cosmetologist who loves hair and all things beauty. She is always delighted to meet and connect with new clients, creating a warm and welcoming experience for those who sit in her chair. With a great passion for the environment, Aveda has been steadfast for Chaliea throughout the years, and she is so excited to align those passions with her work as a part of the Alente team. When Chaliea is not working, her free time is usually spent with her friends and family or outdoors enjoying the beauty of Central Washington.
Morgan Bentley
Level 1 Stylist
Morgan is a new stylist, whose goal is to make everyone who sits in her chair feel welcomed and good about themselves. She is excited to grow in her work, and connect with clients to achieve their desired outcome. She is excited to be a part of the Alente team. When she is not making clients feel beautiful, she is either spending time with family and friends, hiking or crocheting.

Lacee Fridley
Licensed Esthetician
Lacee grew up in Naches, but moved to Ellensburg to attend beauty school and pursue her career in esthetics. Ellensburg has become her new home and she love’s the strong sense of community here. She has been a licensed esthetician for a little over a year now and connecting with her clients to help them achieve their desired results is what she’s truly passionate about. Lacee is very excited to be apart of the Alente team! When she’s not at work she enjoys hiking, camping and spending time with family and friends.

Massage Therapist
With over 12 years of experience, Echo specializes in providing Trigger Point Massage Therapy, with a focus on neck and shoulder recovery. Serving a diverse clientele, he understands that every client is unique, and is passionate about supporting each on their wellness journey.
Jessica Plettenberg
Nail Technician
Jessica was raised around the beauty industry here in Kittitas County and had always wanted to be a part of it. Jessica loves making people feel beautiful and cared about through her work. When she’s not at work she loves playing with her daughters, and going on adventures with her family.
Elissa Nash
Nail Technician
Elissa is local to Ellensburg, and has been working as a licensed nail technician since 2023. She loves helping others with their nail needs, and to feel refreshed and pampered. She strives to help everyone’s natural nails become the best version they can be. Outside of work, Elissa enjoys spending time baking, walking, and spending time with her 4 kitties at home.
Aryn Faulkner
Front Desk Lead
Aryn is an Ellensburg local born and raised, currently living with her husband and their 4 cats. She spends her free time caring for houseplants, reading, and skating for Rodeo City Roller Derby. Aryn is eager to help all clients whether it be scheduling or helping you find your new favorite product.
Kaylie Armstrong
Front Desk Lead
As a receptionist at Alente, Kaylie is happy to help clients with all scheduling and service needs they may have. She is delighted to help maintain the warm and welcoming environment Alente nurtures for all who walk through the doors. When she isn’t at Alente, Kaylie has two cats, a boyfriend, and many plants to occupy her time.
